PRE-SCHOOL CRAFTS
Cut a piece of paper into the shape of a fairy tale, animal, or a nursery rhyme character. The cut two or four finger holes (how many finger holes you make depend on what you are making) at the bottom of the piece of paper. Then color and be creative with your new character. Now you have paper puppets to play with or to even make a little puppet show with.
Cut a piece of yarn about a foot long. Then, tie the string around the top of the pine cone. Next, slab some of the peanut butter onto the plate. Now, roll the the pine cone around in the peanut butter. Make sure all of the pine cone is covered. Next, spill some bird seeds on another plate. Now, roll the pine cone in the bird seeds. Whala you have made your own bird feeder. All that is left is to go outside and hang it on a tree branch for the birds to enjoy.
First you want to make a square out of your paper. To start making your square, fold the bottom right corner over to the left side of the paper. Then their should be some extra paper at the top that looks like a rectangle, cut that off. Make sure to keep the square closed so it looks like a triangles. Turn the triangle so there is a point at the bottom and one on the left and right. Then, fold the left and right points down to make dog ears. Add a nose, mouth, and eyes. Be real creative like, putting googly eyes on your dog to make it look cute. You can write messages under the ears and on the inside of your new card. |
